1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Still One ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Still One is a minimalist daily reflection app for iOS. The App presents one question per day, allowing users to write brief reflections. The App uses CoreData for local storage and iCloud (via CloudKit) for syncing entries across the user's devices. The App may optionally read HealthKit data (Time in Daylight) to inform question selection.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App. You may not attempt to derive the source code, create derivative works, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Still One are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.

5. Data and Privacy

Still One does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with the developer or third parties. All reflection entries are stored locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your personal iCloud account under your Apple ID. HealthKit data (Time in Daylight) is read locally and never transmitted. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
